As a sole proprietor we are not entered in the commercial register (Handelsregister). The activity is not a regulated profession within the meaning of § 5(1) no. 5 DDG, and no professional supervisory authority is therefore named.
About this offering
distribot.de is the information and support page for the distribot iPhone app. This website has no user account, no payment system and no sign-up of any kind.
The app itself is a habit app for people who post on TikTok: you sign in with your own TikTok account, set a weekly goal, and every day on which you publish at least one public video counts towards it. The app only reads from TikTok and publishes nothing. What the app does, and what it processes, is set out in our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Consumer dispute resolution (§ 36 VSBG)
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer referenced here.
Liability for content (§ 7(1) DDG)
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law, pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
